1. Digital products
1.1. Training programs and other Digital products are provided electronically. Immediately after payment confirmation, the User receives a download file and/or an access link to the purchased content at the provided email address.
1.2. No shipping costs are charged for Digital products, and no physical delivery takes place.
1.3. The User must provide a valid and correctly spelled email address and check their junk mail folders if the access notification does not appear in their primary inbox.
2. Online consultations
2.1. The online consultation is conducted at a pre-arranged date and time via Google Meet, Viber, or another pre-specified platform.
2.2. The date, time, method of conducting, and necessary joining information are confirmed by the Merchant via email or another agreed-upon communication method.
2.3. The User must ensure the necessary device, internet connection, and access to the chosen platform.
3. Access issues
3.1. If the User does not receive access to a purchased Digital product or experiences technical difficulties in opening it, they can contact the Merchant at +359 89 686 9595 or via email at alicanovski1@gmail.com.
3.2. For faster verification, the User should provide the email address used for the order and, when available, the order number.
3.3. The Merchant will perform the necessary check and assist in providing or restoring access without undue delay.
