1. Digital products and right of withdrawal
1.1. Purchased digital training programs are provided with immediate access upon payment confirmation.
1.2. Once access to the purchased Digital product has been provided, the User has no right to withdraw from the contract and the amount paid is non-refundable.
1.3. The rule in clause 1.2 applies when, before completing the order, the User:
a) has explicitly requested that the provision of the Digital product begins immediately after payment;
b) has confirmed they are aware that upon receiving access, they lose their 14-day right of withdrawal; and
c) has received confirmation of the given consent and the concluded contract at the email address they provided.
1.4. The mere acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions does not replace the separate explicit consent for the immediate provision of the Digital product and the loss of the right of withdrawal.
1.5. When the conditions in clause 1.3 are not met, the User retains their rights under the applicable legislation.
1.6. The absence of a right of withdrawal after access has been provided does not limit the right to make a claim when the Digital product has not been provided, cannot be accessed, or does not conform to the description.
2. Booking and cancellation of an online consultation
2.1. The User sends an inquiry for an online consultation using the form published on the Site. Sending the form does not lead to the conclusion of a contract or an obligation to pay.
2.2. After receiving the inquiry, the Provider and the User agree on the content of the consultation, the platform, and the date and time it will take place.
2.3. After reaching an agreement, the Provider sends a payment link to the User. The contract is considered concluded, and the agreed time – as finally reserved, upon payment confirmation.
2.4. The User may cancel or request a change to the consultation no later than 48 hours before the agreed start time. In this case, the User may choose another available date and time or request a refund of the amount paid.
2.5. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the agreed start time, the amount paid is not refunded, as the time has been reserved specifically for the User and cannot reasonably be provided to another client. At the Provider's discretion, a one-time rescheduling for another available date and time may be offered.
2.6. In case of the User's no-show at the agreed time without prior notice, the amount paid is not refunded. Booking a new time requires a new payment.
2.7. If the consultation is canceled by the Provider, the User may choose a new date and time or a full refund of the amount paid.
2.8. The cancellation rules in clauses 2.4 – 2.6 do not limit the User's legal right of withdrawal where such is applicable.
3. Statutory right of withdrawal for online consultation
3.1. For an online consultation contract, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, within 14 days of its conclusion, when this right is applicable under the Consumer Protection Act.
3.2. The deadline is considered met if the User sends their statement of withdrawal before the expiration of the 14-day period.
3.3. If the User wishes for the consultation to take place before the expiration of the 14-day period, they must explicitly request that the performance of the Service begins before the end of this period.
3.4. If, after the commencement of performance, the User exercises an applicable right of withdrawal, they owe an amount proportional to the part of the Service actually provided up to the moment of withdrawal.
3.5. After the full conduct of the consultation, the right of withdrawal lapses if the performance began with the User's prior explicit consent and they have confirmed that they are aware that upon full performance they will lose their right of withdrawal.
3.6. When the User exercises an applicable statutory right of withdrawal, the legal rules take precedence over the contractual cancellation terms in section 2.
4. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
4.1. To exercise an applicable right of withdrawal, the User must send an unambiguous statement to:
"ANTHONY M-1" EOOD

4.3. It is recommended that the statement includes the User's name, the order number, the Service to which the withdrawal applies, the date of the contract conclusion, and a current contact email address.
4.4. The Provider sends the User a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement on a durable medium.
5. Refunds
5.1. Upon a validly exercised right of withdrawal, the Provider refunds the amounts due to the User without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which they were notified of the decision to withdraw.
5.2. Amounts are refunded using the same payment method used for the initial payment, unless the User explicitly agrees to another method. No additional fees are charged for the refund.
5.3. When the performance of an online consultation has begun at the User's explicit request before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the proportional value of the part of the Service actually provided may be deducted from the refunded amount.
5.4. No refund is provided for a Digital product with immediate access when the User has lawfully lost their right of withdrawal under the terms of section 1.
5.5. Refunds for cancellations of an online consultation outside of the applicable statutory right of withdrawal are made according to the rules in section 2.
6. Claims
6.1. A claim is different from the right of withdrawal. The User may file a claim when the Digital product or Service has not been provided, does not match the description, or does not conform to the agreement.
6.2. Digital products must meet the applicable individual and objective requirements for conformity under the Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods.
6.3. In the event of a justified claim, the User may exercise the rights provided by law, including requesting the provision or bringing of the Digital product into conformity, a proportional reduction in price, or termination of the contract, when the respective legal conditions are met.
6.4. The claim is sent to email alicanovski1@gmail.com or to the address: 34 Dobri Dimitrov St., Sliven, 8800.
6.5. It is recommended that the claim includes the order number, a description of the non-conformity, when it was established, the preferred method of resolution, and relevant evidence.
6.6. The Provider examines the claim and notifies the User of the result within the applicable legal time limit.
7. Complaints and dispute resolution
7.1. In case of an unresolved dispute, the User may file a complaint with the Commission for Consumer Protection: 1 Vrabcha St., floors 3–5, Sofia 1000; website: www.kzp.bg.
7.2. The User may also turn to the competent general or sectoral conciliation commissions for alternative consumer dispute resolution.
