Who is the program intended for?

Part 201 is designed for trainees and athletes who have already completed the Advanced Program Part 101 and have built a solid strength foundation – they train comfortably with a barbell 3 days a week, have mastered fundamental movements such as the squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, and power clean, and are ready to transition to higher loads and greater technical demands.

This program is a direct continuation of the Advanced Program Part 101, and it is highly recommended that you complete it before starting Part 201. The movement patterns, work capacity, and technical foundation built during the first 12 weeks are considered a mandatory prerequisite for this program. Part 201 does not teach these skills from scratch but rather builds upon them.

What does the program include?

  • Another 12 weeks of training (weeks 13–24), structured into 3 new 4-week training blocks.
  • 5 training days per week: two days for full-body strength training, one day for Olympic lifts and explosive power, one day for sprints, and one day dedicated to mobility.
  • Tracking every set of the main exercises (weight, reps, and RIR), with automatic calculation of estimated 1RM, total working reps, volume load, and Exercise Stress Index.
  • The “Program Overview” tab, which provides a clear overview of each training week and the individual training sessions.
  • A dedicated test week (week 24) to determine new one-rep maxes for the main lifts.
  • After the purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download the program files.

How does the method work?

Part 201 picks up where Part 101 left off—with a strength base built at approximately 75–80% of your one-rep max (1RM)—and aims to develop it further without returning the trainee to a hypertrophy phase.

Block 4 – Strength Consolidation and Transfer to Explosiveness: working in the 75–82% of 1RM range with moderate training volume, aimed at turning the strength built in Part 101 into more functional and applicable power.

Block 5 – Peak Development of Maximum Strength and Explosive Power: working in the 83–88% of 1RM range with lower training volume, longer rest periods between sets, and a greater emphasis on execution speed.

Block 6 – Peak Performance and Athletic Expression: working in the 88–92%+ of 1RM range with sharply reduced training volume, concluding with a testing week to determine new personal bests.

Each of these changes is carefully selected to provide a new training stimulus to which the body has not yet adapted, and to ensure continuous development of strength, explosiveness, and athletic qualities.

This is not just a training program. This is a system for building a stronger, more athletic, and more capable body.
